What We Do
Built for Nigeria's Most Demanding Clearing Environments
Haul Affairs Logistics Nig Ltd is a licensed freight forwarding and customs clearing firm trusted by Nigeria’s apex bank and leading manufacturing corporations to move cargo through Nigeria’s most complex port and airport environments. We are not a general logistics company. We are a specialist customs clearing partner — with an NCS-licensed Customs House Broker, an ACCA-qualified Finance Manager, a qualified Legal Counsel, and a dedicated Abuja liaison officer, all deployed exclusively to protect your supply chain. Registered with the Nigeria Customs Service (Licence No. C8816RC1831380), the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN — RFFC-666861), the Nigerian Shippers Council, NAGAFF, and the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP Ref: 0000-0019-6868), we operate with the compliance infrastructure that institutional and corporate clients require.

Yes. Haul Affairs has cleared cargo for the Central Bank of Nigeria — including the pre-release clearance of bank notes at NAIA Abuja — and serves multiple corporate clients continuously since 2020. We understand the compliance, security, and documentation standards that institutional clients require.
Sea freight consignments are typically cleared within 3–5 working days from document receipt. Air freight consignments are cleared within 24–48 hours. For time-critical consignments, we offer pre-release facilitation using partial documents — a capability that significantly reduces clearance time.
We review all shipping documents before your cargo arrives and alert you immediately to any discrepancies. Any demurrage arising from errors on our part is absorbed by Haul Affairs — not passed to the client. This is our operational guarantee. |
Contact us at info@haulaffairs.com or +234 806 297 6558 with your shipment details — port of origin, cargo description, estimated weight/volume, and destination. We will respond within 24 hours.
